Repairs and Exchanges

REPAIRS:

We are precise and careful in our creation of Kalí Zoë jewelry. All pieces are made with great care, by hand, and are made to last. With that said, if you have purchased a piece of jewelry directly from us, we are more than happy to repair it for you within 3 months of purchase. Please see our care advice for how we recommend ensuring your jewelry lasts lifetimes. Outside of this 3-month window, we are happy to provide repairs at a cost.

EXCHANGES:

We want you to be happy and accept exchanges (in original packaging & unworn in pristine condition) within 7 days of receiving your item. Email or call us with any issue regarding the size. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we cannot currently accept returns but we are happy to work with you to make an exchange for our signature pieces. Please use the following form:
